Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your parcel within 24 hours for UK mainland addresses. However occasionally due to delays with the courier the parcel maybe delayed. We apologise for this, but will endeavour to pursue Parcel Force to make sure the delay is shortened. If your parcel has not been delivered please email us.

Shipping schedules are counted in business days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not).
Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods over the time period when your goods are likely to arrive. If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.
Dispatch Deadline
Parcel Force 24 & 48 hr delivery – All orders received before 3pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. Those received after would be sent on the following day.
Royal Mail – All orders received before 4pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. Those received after would be sent on the following day.
Postage Costs
We offer a cheaper postage option for parcels under the weight of 2.25kg. The shipping charge can be as little as £0.99
