If after 7 working days and within 30 days of the date of delivery, you are
not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or
refund. This excludes delivery charges. Please send an email to
support@totalblankmedia.com, or use the form below, stating the product you wish to return, the
date you bought it and, if you would like to exchange, your preferred
replacement product. We can advise you on a suitable replacement, if you
wish. Once we have all of your details on our system, you will be issued
with a returns number. This helps us to deal with your return more quickly,
as we know what it is and who sent it at the time of its arrival to our
warehouse.
Please mark the outside of your packing box with the return number, but DO
NOT write on the actual product itself. Please package the products well, as
we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mis-handling. Once we
have your goods, we will either ship you the replacement, or refund your
card.
If you return goods, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of
carriage to Total Blank media. On small orders, this should not apply, but
as we sell our carriage at a loss, we can be seriously out of pocket on
larger orders. For this reason, on large orders that are returned, the
charges made in respect to freight can be considerably larger than the
amount originally charged. As a guideline, these charges will be
approximately £1 per kilogram.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling
Directive.
